Licenses are issued by municipality for each location where tobacco products are received and stored for sale to consmers. Must provide employees with tobacco sales training approved by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. For retailers that own 10 or more retail locations where you hold a valid cigarette retail license, you must obtain a cigarette multiple retailer permit (CT-125)
